CLINT LOWERY, SEVENDUST guitarist – “I’ve written enough music to do two more solo records”

Sevendust guitarist Clint Lowery checked in with the following update:

“Hello everyone,

Was sitting here thinking about things. Timelines, what is the next release of releases, where are the priorities at the moment.

First of all, I’ve written enough music to do two more solo albums, but I’m still trying to decide where I want to go. As much as I loved making God Bless the Renegades and that was the record I needed to make at the time I guess… I want to challenge myself. I really want to touch new ground and surpass myself. So I will continue to develop that.

In the meantime, Sevendust is back on deck and we’re starting to accumulate material for a new album and I’m very excited about that as well. It’s time to grow there too, to challenge ourselves more than we have in a long time.

7d and my solo releases mean everything to me. I hate waiting to record, to release music, I want to go faster. That’s my favorite thing about being a musician/artist. To release music and escape in the process. So send the positive vibes that we’ll get the ball rolling soon and set the stage for making game-changing music.

Who knows how long this game will last… but for now let’s get to it!!!

Your long-time friend,
CL”
