Original EMBRACE guitarist Ace Frehley made a surprise, never-before-seen appearance at this year’s poolside acoustic show feast of creatures, which runs May 27-29 at the Sonesta Nashville Airport Hotel in Nashville. Also planned for this year feast of creatures are original EMBRACE drummer Peter Criss and old EMBRACE guitarists Bruce Kulick and Vinnie Vincent.
According feast of creatures promoter Neil Davis, screams will join Frehley on stage during the guitarist’s May 27 set to play a few songs.

Frehleyfounding member of EMBRACE, recently said he’s up for a reunion of the original band, but only if the price is right. During an appearance on SiriusXMit is “Trunk Nation with Eddie Trunk”, Frehley said of his chances of playing with his former bandmates: “Anything is possible – I’ve always said that. It’s the first question so many people have asked me over the years: ‘Would you consider you one day make a EMBRACE meeting?’ I said, ‘I never closed the door to anything.’ If the money is good and presented to me in the right way, anything can happen.
“I’m on good terms with Paul [Stanley, guitar/vocals] and Embarrassed [Simmons, bass/vocals], which is good, because we created something really special in the early 70s that outlasted so many other bands. And God bless them. They still do; I always do. Rock is still there. I do not really know why Rock I hadn’t toured as much as I had over the years, but that’s the way it is.”
Frehleythe latest version of was “Origins Vol. 2”the sequel to his collection of covers from 2016 that inspired the former EMBRACE guitarist.
“Origins Vol. 2” featured cover versions of THE BEATLES‘ “I am downstairs”, DARK PURPLEit is “Space Trucking”, ZEPPELIN LEDit is “Good Times Bad Times”, THE ROLLING STONES‘ “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”, THE LOSS‘ “Lola” and THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCEit is “Manic Depression”, among others. A cover of 1975 EMBRACE adjust “She” also appeared as a bonus track. Guests on set included CHEAP TIPit is Robin Zander, Lita Ford and old EMBRACE guitarist Bruce Kulick.
EMBRACE bassist/singer Gene Simmons co-wrote two titles on acethe latest all-original album from “Astronaut”which was published in October 2018 via eOne.
